I’m starting to feel like with the sheer amount of products I’m finding lately that a list for vegetarian people might not be too far off. But we’ll see. Here’s what they had to say about this one – ‘There are mainly two kinds of yakisoba in Japan: sauce and salt flavors. This one is sauce yakisoba with a great mixture of browned garlic and Tamari shoyu, which is said to have a much thicker and milder taste than regular shoyu. Add the mayonnaise and stir them well to make the perfect yakisoba – universally loved in Japan.’
It’s that time again – time to run down the worst varieties I’ve ever had. That’s no small task either – this list is current as of review #3180. These are the ten worst ones, in my opinion, leaving a lasting negative impression on my taste buds. With that, I again give you what you want.

Every day when I review, I gather togethr the things I’m going to use when I garnish. Many of them are dry spices and seasonings. I try to get everything together prior to doing an episode of Instant Noodle Recipe Time.
All I can think about when I see this one is Super Chicken. That in turn makes me think of Ice Cube. Which in turn reminds me of the days when I would ride on my mountain bike throughout the streets of Anacortes with a big boom box on the back blasting music and smoking cigarettes.
Tomorrow’s Father’s Day and if your pops is into Japanese culture and things dealing with noodles, etc, this is a good bet. Not that standard love but that ‘son/daughter, you got me something thoughtful and unique and I actually love you now’ – no seriously!

Made for Loblaw’s Canada, these Rooster varieties have been surprisingly good. In fact, despite having a very plain and generic look to them, they’ve all been really quite good. Will this bowl continue on in this way? Let’s find out!

I reviewed the red boxed version previously – and it blew my mind. This one has ultra fancy Australian Wagyu beef in the mix! Yeah! One thing you should note though, you’re going to pay for it. This is super premium stuff and goes for 499$NTD (that’s $15USD). On top of that, this is only out during the holiday season, so Lunar New Year. Maybe Mid Autumn Festival too? I’ll say one thing, if it’s that much better than the other version, it’s going to be existential. Let’s check it out!

So here’s the second of the POP varieties I’ve seen. This one however is one I found at HMart up in Richmond, BC. Why’s it called Pot Or Pan? Well, you can make it as a broth version and a dry noodle version. Interesting! Let’s check it out!

Here’s the second of the two initial varieties of the Momosan Ramen range from Sapporo Ichiban. These feature a collaboration with Iron Chef Morimoto , one is a tonkotsu and this is the Tokyo Chicken. Let’s crack into it and give it a try!
Well, there’s such a stigma these days about Russia here in the United States. Politics and world events aside though, there’s a thriving instant noodle industry there which fascinates me. I’d love to get the chance to do a Meet The Manufacturer with this company for example. I know they have tray varieties with real meat in retort pouches. This piques my curiosity in the extreme.
