This one is from a Taiwanese company but from their Vietnamese factory and packaged for the US market. I’ve tried a ton of these but not seen this before. Let’s give it a whirl.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to a bowl and add 350ml boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!
An instant noodle block.
A sachet of soup base powder seasoning.
A sachet of seasoned oil.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, ground beef, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle was well hydrated to start with, sporting a standard gauge. The broth was great – like a spicy braised beef with a nice amount of veg and great oiliiness. An excellent export version to try out. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 073217060921.
