UPDATE: October 7th, 2021 – With the release of Red Chef Green Tom Yum Bread, the goal of making a loaf of bread completely from grinding a instant noodle block has come to fruition.

UPDATE October 6th, 2021 – I was perusing the wares at another thrift store a few days ago and I happened on a Zojirushi BBCC-V20 Home Bakery bread machine for $25! It’s quite an upgrade – as of the Red Chef Penang White Curry Bread, that’s what I’m using now, replacing the Toaster bread machine.

While having a conversation with a friend, I thought ‘what if there was ramen infused bread?’ He tried a couple of times and it worked. So, since he got a bread machine at a local thrift store for $7, I thought I’d go hunting thrift stores for one myself. After going to 4 stores, I found one for $13. Since then, I’ve baked numerous loaves and experimented with the amount of ramen I could add in. I even experimented with making flour with the noodle block! So, here is the complete list of experiments, latest at the top, oldest at the bottom.
