Here’s one that came in a Zenpop.jp box – use coupon code THERAMENRATER for a groovy discount! This was in a triple box they sent – basically three boxes all at once. It didn’t come with any documentation, so I don’t know much about it. It only takes two minutes to steep which is pretty short. Let’s give it a try!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, filll to line with boiling water and cover 2 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir, garnish with nori, and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, sesame seed, narutomaki, and sansyo. Noodle is very thin, accommodating the 2 minute steeping time very well. Broth is savory and leaning toward the salty side. Nice bit of oiliness. Not bad at all. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4902702004026.
