Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chicken, crushed red pepper, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle is your standard Instant Lunch fare and hydrated well. The broth was kind of what they mentioned; a kind of acidic and spicy chicken flavor. The big problem I found was that the vegetable matter had skin on the peas – that was tough and chewy; something you don’t expect from corn and even less so from peas. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars.
