Yi Hai Cup Rice Scallop Mushroom – United States

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in rice and boiling water to line. Cover 8 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, scallion, and sesame seed. Rice came out very well. Texture was a little off at first, but when I added the paste and the oil, it was less clumpy. Flavor wouldn’t be scallop and mushroom if you didn’t put it on the label, and even though they did, those didn’t leap out at me.
