I’ve got to say I’m thrilled about this stuff. They were kind enough to send this pouch version as well as a cannister version of the same thing. I’d show that one, but it’s almost gone. I’ve used it one ramen recently as well as mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and even put a little in a quesadilla. It’s good – let’s take a look!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Mae Mai Mild and a little scallion to Maruchan Creamy Chicken Ramen Noodle Soup. The garlic and onion are crisp and flavorful – and sweet and oily. It’s highly addictive and goes well on so many things. I haven’t evangelized a product for ramen toppings so much since I initially discovered Lao Gan Ma chili crisp.
