Found this one at the Uwajimaya in Renton, Washington. Nice to find something like this locally – I’m curious as it kind of looks like it’s going to have a wasabi bump to it but really unsure. Well, let’s check it out.

Nope it’s not ramen so don’t start, but it was on the ramen aisle at local store Boo Han Market in Edmonds, Washington. Let’s check it out!

Here’s an interesting one from Japan found in a Zenpop box – check out zenpop.jp and use the coupon code THERAMENRATER for a discount!

A lot of companies celebrating anniversaries lately. I’ve done a special Definitive Guide on Indomie Mi Goreng, and you can find scads of info in there. Happy birthday, Indomie.

It’s time to unbox a Zenpop.jp box – this is a new one. I usually do unboxing of their ramen boxes – which I will still be doing. However, they’re also sending me their new snack boxes which have a noodle variety, and then a ton of candy and snacks. What’s cool is I’ll be not only doing the unboxing, but inline with it will be a taste test with my daughter Mimi. Great as a gift or to hoard for yourself! Use coupon code THERAMENRATER for a groovy discount! Let’s check it out!

Here’s one that came from the folks at United Exchange Corporation – thanks! So, this is a big claim – restaurant quality ramen. These are made in Vietnam for the US market. I’m rather curious. Let’s find out what we have here.

Well look what we have here – something to mukbang. I haven’t done a mukbang in what seems like forever; I never find anything that’s spicy that I’ve not tried before – however, the folks at BNB Global have been kind enough to send me some samples. Definitely made in Korea, but packaged for US sales. Time to burn. Check out the videos below – the mukbang was released on Christmas 2022 but recorded August 17th, 2022 – I’m pretty far ahead. Let go.

Found this one at Uwajimaya too. I’ve tried the spicy garlic before, so figured hey, why not? Let’s give it a go.

A couple of days ago, we went to Renton, Washington. There’s a Uwajimaya there (where I got the narutomaki and kamaboko from previous reviews) and a store called Sierra Fish & Pets.

You’ve probably seen the Daebak Ghost Pepper variety in a cup – very spicy. I’ve only had one thing that was Carolina Reaper pepper infused before – and that laid me out for hours on the floor. I’m going to guess this won’t be as hot, but I don’t know. It should be pretty strong – and I haven’t done a really spicy review in a very long time. I guess that’s about to change. There’s a mukbang video at the bottom of this post. I’m sure a lot of you will want to get this one, and while it’s available a limited time at 7-Eleven, that’s 7-Eleven in Malaysia. It can be got on Shoppee which is a popular shopping site over there, but I don’t know anything more than that. Let’s fire it up and see how spicy this is!

Well, here it is. The last of the three boxes. The day I did these unboxings I had the three as well as two others – was a long session of recording and then video editing, that’s for sure. Well, this is it. Now that I’ve done all these, I’m guessing a box will show up any minute from some exotic place – who knows? Let’s take a look.

This one’s a big box – fancy stuff from Taiwan! These folks made the first goose oil noodle I’d tried as well as a slew of others. They’ve got something new and super premium as well – let’s check them out!

Okay so this is made in Korea but made for sale in the US market. This one’s made by Paldo and I think the ‘GS’ in the GS Retail mention on the logo has to do with GS Mart, a chain in South Korea. I’m looking forward to a nice kimchi bowl – we shall see!

I’ve been enjoying Red Chef products for a long time now and they’ve also got their new brand KampongKu nowadays as well. Pretty exciting when I get a box of noodles from these folks all the way from Malaysia! These are almost all ones I’ve tried before plus a new one I can’t wait to sample! Check ’em out!

Here’s the second of the two King David varieties – the first was really good – I must admit I’m surprised how good it was. Let’s see how the beef stands up.

Here’s another one made in South Korea and packaged for the US market. These use an interesting noodle style that I’ve only seen hailing from South Koreas. Let’s check it out.

Here’s one sent by King David of China. They’re a big private label outfit; so say your name is Bob and you want to sell Bob’s Noodles. You call up King David and say hi, I’m Bob and they’ll make you instant noodles per your specifications and label them likewise. Pretty neat! Let’s give this non-fried lowfat variety a try!

This one hails from South Korea, but made in this packaging for the US market. They were sent to me by BNB Global – thanks! The mild was good – let’s see how spicy this one is.

Here’s the second of these varieties I found recently. I reviewed the beef a couple days ago. Anyways, beef is the more predominate way to enjoy pho. Let’s give this one a try.
