#4534: Myojo Kake Ramen Desse Shoyu - Japan

I’ve been playing with ChatGPT for the last couple of days and have found it absolutely fascinating. I don’t know where I got this bowl, likely from a subscription box. It definitely looks like a shoyu. I wonder what it is…

“Kake Ramen Desse” is a type of instant ramen (Japanese noodles in broth) produced by the company Meisho Shokuhin. The name of the product is “Kake Ramen Desse” and it is a soy sauce flavored ramen. The term “kake” in Japanese refers to a type of ramen that has a broth poured over the noodles, which is different from other types of ramen where the broth and noodles are served in separate containers. “Desse” is likely short for “delicious” in Japanese.”

That was something ChatGPT had to say. Artificial machine learning language thingy is fascinating… Anyways, let’s make this bowl of shoyu.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, narutomaki, spring onion, shichimi, mung bean sprout, and sesame seed. Noodle was really quite nice; good chew and a round shape.. Broth was alright. Not enthusiastic. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.  JAN bar code 4902881454421.
