After tasting those last two earlier, I was ready to have something that looked really good – and here it is! Tom Yam noodles, made in Thailand and from Japan!

Here’s another one that’s been needing a quick review. This was purchased in July of last year in California!

Made a trip to Seattle and hit up Uwajimaya and got a ton of new noodles – lots of Japanese bowls! Anyways, let’s start with this prawn tom yam…

Here’s one my sister got when she was up in Canada earlier this year! Let’s see how they fare.

Here’s another sent by Michelle L. of New York – thanks again! Send pics of where you put the stickers! This one looks interesting; on top as an afterthought is printed ‘ARTIFICIAL FLAVORED,’ although I do see dried onion in the ingredients. Weird. That said, here’s the noods.

#601aq? What’s with the ‘a’ crap? Well, I was looking over the last few reviews. As it turns out, I reviewed the Nong Shim Ansungtangmyun eons ago… Instead of reshuffling everything, I decided to just have a do-over. So here’s review #601a. This is another from Michelle L. of New York – thanks!

Yeah, I know – two ramens in one day? But these be small. Anyways, I wanted to see if switching back to a different camera worked better. I’m still unsure… Lemongrass and chili eh? Okay let’s do this.

Needed something fast to eat before we went to do our Black Friday errands. No, we didn’t get up at 4am or anything; we need to get an oil change and woke up at noon. So here’s some instant MAMA.

We reach the last of the instant noodles sent by Michael V.N. from Holland with Yum Yum Duck flavor. Thanks again Michael – these have all been a real myriad of different flavors and brands I’ve never seen here before.

Whoa what’s this?

Okay I cam read that. I figured I should pick out an orange one of some kind for Halloween…

Here we have some Yum Yum noodles sent to me from Holland. made in Thailand and they’re Tom Yum flavor. Sounds good to me – here we go.

Hey! Haven’t tried this yet! Pancit Canton is a lot like Indomie’s Mi Goreng – that’s one of my favorites!

Vegetable flavor huh? Vegetables are supposedly something that makes one healthy. I don’t think they’re present in much of a relevant amount here, but let’s see what we’ve got.

Here’s another of the Yum Yum’s that were sent from Holland! Chicken flavor eh? I like chicken as well as chickens!

This was a neat find at a local market I don’t go to very often. There’s a long aisle of instant noodles and I noticed a single instant noodle cup that didn’t seem to have any place where it would go. So I went around to the other side of the aisle and was hoping there’d be more. Well, there wasn’t a continuation of instant noodle aisle, but I did find this one in a weird spot, again with no correlating spot on the main aisle. With that, once again I bring you what you want.

Wow – what an inviting variety! Wheat gluten stewed duck flavored!

So this is a big bowl of the Little Cook stuff – Namchow makes it. These are always interesting.

Sheesh – almost 20% through the 500’s – didn’t expect that to happen so quickly! So here we have the Snapdragon cup, Beijing Vegetable. I got it locally but if you want to try it you can get it here. These have been pretty good so far – let’s see how the veggies do…

So I let my wife pick between two packs of noodles and she picked this as the one I should eat today! Thai Ginger sounds really good to me – I like Thai flavors and I like ginger a lot. Let’s see how this tastes!

Here’s the second of four of these I got at the new Bellevue Uwajimaya last month.

Two packets – yup again it looks like the Koka seasoning packet! The seasoning has a powder compartment as well as an oil compartment. the green packet is veggies.

After the last time I reviewed anything by this brand, I got quite a few messages – agreeing with me, disagreeing with me, and even thinking I sold this stuff. Well, all I know is that I didn’t like it last time. At all really.

So this looks interesting – a square bowl! It’s also Sunlee brand which I’ve enjoyed in the past. Got this at a nice little shop in Anaheim while we were doing Disneyland.

A brand I’ve never reviewed before I know. This one came from my mother in law! Thank you! Sounds like it should be tasty – spring onion sounds tasty.

Been a really really long time since I reviewed some MAMA noodles! That’s because I’ve reviewed so many of them in the past I have a really hard time finding new ones to eat! These are some I got at OC Grocery in Anaheim, California on our vacation. They didn’t have an enormous selection of noodles, however I didn’t have most of them and left with a couple bagfuls – very nice little place – smelled great and nice people! Anyways, on with the review!

So the idea of a seafood noodle soup with fake seafood has been kind of daunting for the past couple months. However, today was the day. I must fear no ramen! So, here we have some seafood tom yum from Thailand.

This one’s been sitting in the bottom of the ramen box for quite a while now. Wondered how they would be – spicy? Salty? Nasty? Thready? Well, let’s open them and find out!

So here’s an interesting looking one. The noodles are made of mung bean! Bean thread! Let’s check out these noodles from Thailand!

So here’s one that came down from Canada but I wager it’s available at most good sized Asian groceries around here.

So here’s another one my sister brought me back from Canada! Definitely a flavor you can’t find here in the states.

So here’s something I’ve not tried before – Sunlee brand from Thailand! Crab is usually a pretty good instant noodle flavor… Let’s see how this tastes…

Here’s another Namchow Mee-Jang variety, this time its artificial beef. So far, these have been pretty good.

So here’s another of the big ole Little Cook bowls. I would like to say first that curried chicken is one of the favorite things of mine. Let’s see if it’s good.

So some noodles from Thailand. I have no idea what to expect from this one… Let’s see what’s inside…

So this looks really interesting. Upon tearing off the outer cellophane, i notice that where it says NEW TVP SPICY BEEF FLAVOR is actually a sticker. In fact, on the sides there were stickers as well – ingredients, nutrition facts and direction on preparation.

A cup noodle from Thailand that isn’t MAMA brand? Well, let’s give it a try. This company is better known for rice products.

Phở bò? Here we go! I like the picture on the lid – looks very inviting and fresh and tasty. We shall see how it tastes! Join me won’t you? WON’T YOU?

So here’s another of MAMA’s Oriental Kitchen line. I have a feeling this is going to live up to its name.

So here’s the second one of these Wai Wai packsI got recently. Says it’s very hot!

So this is an interesting packaging first off. The lid is made from a metal foil and underneath that is all plastic. Here goes some tom yum shrimp flavor!

A little taller than most of the cup noodles I’ve seen, here we have MAMA Pork Flavour…

So here’s something new – Royal Umbrella. A cup noodle from Thailand – Tom Yum isn’t a surprise as far as the flavor.
