Well, here’s the third. The first was buffalo/ranch flavored – 1 star. Lemon pepper next – 2 stars. This is the last chance. Can we get a good one out of the set? Read on.

Well, here’s the second of the trifecta of wings variants from Nissin. The ranch one I did previously? No thanks. Let’s give this a try – I see something promising.

This is a special limited edition – one of three that I’ll be rushing out over the next few days. So soon is the Super Bowl. American Football. What’s more, local team the Seattle Seahawks will be in it. I couldn’t care less – it gets really silly here when football is going on. We like baseball. But hey, we’ll watch it. Honestly, I’m hoping to go out during the Super Bowl – it’ll be like when we had the COVID lockdowns – I really liked those. Anyways, let’s try an instant noodle that should be a little weird. Sure with they’d do cheese burger, taco, and pizza, but so far they haven’t heard my (and the throngs of other people’s) call. On with it.

Today is a very special day at our house. 16 years ago today, my wife and I spoke for the first time. We met on an online dating service website. She was home sick from work living with her folks and I was working for a fish company living in my friends garage. Well, it was a remodeled garage at least. We talked on the phone for about 4 or 5 hours. It was great – although I really didn’t expect anything to come of it – she lived all the way down in the Bay Area and that was a bit far from Anacortes up here in Washington state. We talked again the next day, and on Christmas Eve, we talked all day long – like 14 hours all day long. Christmas morning she asked if I’d come down for New Years, and I accepted – best decision I ever made. Let’s have some shrimp Cup Noodles!

Ah its a day for beef. I went to the grocery store to get some. I got my second shingles vax yesterday and today feel like death warmed over. Anyways, I tell the guy at the meat counter I need 1oz of their cheapest ground beef. He tried to give me 0.4lbs which is way too much, then a much smaller amount that was perfect, but when he tried to weigh it it wouldn’t register so he said it was on the house. So shout out to butcher at our local Safeway. But yeah I feel worse than crummy. Let’s see if I can cook a Cup Noodles this morning…

Well, here we go with day two. I’ve reviewed this one somewhat recently, so no new number here. We’re also doing a LEGO City advent calendar here so I’m showing what was in there from the previous day in the video. By the way it’s Giving Tuesday I hear so if you wanna help out click here! Let’s continue on with the Nissin Germany Advent Calendar!!!

Well, it’s about to be Thanksgiving here in the United States and here we have turkey dinner in a cup. This is yet another one of the Limited Edition range Nissin Foods has been coming up with and honestly, I’m pretty happy that they keep coming out with these. I’ve seen images of mountains of this variety at Walmart on clearance for 25 cents each, but I don’t know if that’s true or not. On the bright side, you could just skip all the insanity and just have this and a Pumpkin Pie Cup Noodles and call it a turkey day. How’s that for a cheaper Thanksgiving – and it does generally come from Walmart. A recipe at the bottom shows you how to economically make a pumpkin pie using the pumpkin cup as well. Be festive in the face of financial ruin! Let’s give it a try.

Hey look at this one! Big thank you to my wife Kit for getting me this! Only at Walmart. So, haven’t we gone through this before? Yes and no. Yes, it’s identical in every way to the pumpkin spicy flavor Cup Noodles – except one little thing. The name. They changed the name from spice to pie – why? I don’t know. New barcode now as well. To see both and a myriad of weird things to do with it, check out my definitive guide here. I’m gonna do it up real pretty. Let’s do it up!

Here’s a new packaging variety from the ‘states. These contain instant rice as well as little bits of noodle – last one I tried was quite nice – let’s give it a go!

I’ve done a lot of reviews lately of things that arrived in a Nissin Germany advent calendar box. This particular variety arrived in a box from Nissin USA that contained every noodle product they make! Let’s cook this one up!

I think this is the very last of the German Cup Noodles – it has been a lot of fun reviewing them! They came in a big advent calendar the folks at Nissin Germany sent – thanks again! Let us begin.

Another one that came from the big advent calendar Nissin Germany sent – thanks again! These cups and packs have been a lot of fun! Let’s cook!

Here’s another cup from the big advent calendar box! I was tepid on reviewing these as I did awhile back, but the chicken one I did the other day was excellent, so I’m wondering if they’ve redone these. I’m excited to try this one – so let us begin.

Here’s anothe from the Nissin Germany advent calendar! Let’s cook!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat check for yourself. To prepare, fill to line with boiling water and cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

When I found out about these, I was skeptical. I’ve been preaching two varieties – pizza and taco flavored. But dill pickle doesn’t make sense to me; dill pickles aren’t served warm unless on a hamburger as far as I know. On the bright side, they were at Walmart at $1.18. On the sad side, if they did do media kits of these, they didn’t send me one and I’m truly bummed about that. I’m trying these out on July 3rd and will release this post on the 5th, skipping the 4th as I’m guessing you’ve got better things to do than hear my thoughts about instant noodles on the 4th of July if you’re in the states. I did release a post yesterday though.

Found this one at Apna Bazar in Bellevue, WA next to the Chuck E. Cheese. Let’s make an Indian Cup Noodles!

Here’s a variety that I found in one of MiauMall’s Nakama Noodles subscription boxes! These boxes are discontinued, however you can find their stuff at MiauMall – here is what they said about this one – “We’re keeping it hot with this next choice! Nissin created a tasty cup of spicy ramen with plenty of hot chili. But don’t worry—it’s not just spicy! It combines shoyu with miso, garlic and kimchi vinegar to create a flavor profile with tons of depth for an addictive taste!”

Here’s a variety that I found in one of MiauMall’s Nakama Noodles subscription boxes! Inside, they have 8-10 different varieties from Japan! If you’d like to get one, don’t forget to use the coupon code THERAMENRATER for a discount! Let’s see what they had to say about this one – “As the temperatures go down, it’s important to stay warm with this yummy ramen! This creamy soup with a green curry oil, a coconut milk base and tasty sweet basil and kaffir lime leaves, this ramen cup is bringing a special and very tasty twist to ramen!”

Holy cow – what a week. On Tuesday, we had a huge storm – a bomb cyclone. Areas around here had gusts equal to hurricane force. The cyclone sucked air out to sea, which made winds go the opposite direction they usually do – causing power outages… We had just shy of a 2 day power outage. It sucked. Well, I’m back. Let’s do it up!

What’s in a name? A lot of characters, that’s for sure where this one is concerned. I really like yellow curry and the previous version of this was rad. Let’s see how this new package version goes.

So I got this from two sources. First, from Nissin in a promo box for National Noodle Day. Second, one from James from Lakeside, CA – thank, man! These are very popular with my daughter – she tried the one in the pictures here and the other gets opened for the review. Well, she liked it – let me have a try…

You might be thinking ‘almost 5000 varieties this guy’s tried but never this one?’ Yup – never this one. At least not in a paper cup. This is a big change – a timely one as I think there’s a chanbce that unless this change occurres, this wouldn’t be allowed for sale in Washington state. I think. Anyways, yeah – this should be fun to try! Let’s give it a go!

Well, here we go again – and I like that. This is a fascinating newcomer to the range of unique Cup Noodles for customers in the United States. Pumpkin Spicy, Breakfast, Everything Bagel, and now some s’mores. I really enjoy these new varieties to try – they’ve been popping off with new and unique varieties in Japan for years – neat to see new stuff here in the USA! I’m really curious how this one will be. Let’s give it a go.

Here’s one that Nissin Singapore sent a little while ago – thanks again! These cups are pretty jam packed with bits and seasonings. Let’s check it out!

Here’s a Singaporean variety – thanks to the folks in SG! As I write this, it’s 16 degrees farenheit – wind chill puts it at 7 degrees! What a brisk walk it will be this morning! On the episode of Instant Noodle recipe time at the bottom, I’ll probably talk about my frozen bones! Let’s cook this up!

Here’s another one of the Nissin Singapore Cup Noodles sent recently by the company – thanks! I really like laksa – let’s give it a shot!

Here’s one that came in a Zenpop.jp box – which no longer exist.
This came out of one of their ‘triple box’ offerings. It’s a spicy and extra savory version of their seafood variety. Let’s check it out.

I’ve tried many of the Nissin Singapore range of Cup Noodles varieties, but not this one. Seems like this is a variety that would do well here in the states – definitely one popular in the UK… Let’s give it a try!

Here’s the last of the varieties I found at an Indian grocery next to Chuck E. Cheese in Bellevue, Washington. The place was called Apna Bazar and it was pretty great to be honest. Anyways, let’s give it a try!

Here’s a variety which has been released for Nissin Cup Noodles’ 52nd anniversary – one that was a limited edition, but now a full part of the Nissin SG lineup. When I had it a while back, it was great – let’s give it another try – new and improved style!

Ah, chicken! This is a variety ratyher interesting to me. Such a basic one – we have a counterpart in the United States, I’ve tried chicken Cup Noodles from Germany as well. It’s all over. Well, how is Singaporean chicken Cup Noodles? Let’s find out!

Well, here we go again. This is the third in a series of interesting and very different varieties by Nissin Foods USA. First, the Cup Noodles Pumpkin Spice – which people really had strong feelings about. Second was Cup Noodles Breakfast which was kind of like a McGriddle morphed into a Cup Noodles. Finally, (shouldn’t say finally and hope this isn’t the end of the road for these interesting flavors) is Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese Ramen Noodles In Sauce. This is an interesting flavor to me. A big thank you to my wife Kit for getting two of these for me, and also to Nissin Foods USA for sending me an interesting influencer box – very cool! Alright – let’s give this a try – I should note I put this in a bagel with cream cheese – see videos at the bottom of this post.

In the last couple of years, there have been some interesting changes of varieties coming from Nissin Foods USA – neat ones! The biggest are these limited edition varieties – first we got Pumpkin Spice, then Breakfast – now it’s Everything Bagel. I still have high hopes for a pizza in a cup but we will have to wait and see. I think it’s a logical next step. Maybe a cheeseburger one. What’s also cool are the media kits they send out. This one’s especially cool – it makes noise! Yup – watch the video and check it out!

Think this is the last of the varieties that Nissin Germany sent – thank you! Really will be interesting what teriyaki will translate to insofar as sweetness is concerned. Let’s find out!

Hey check this out! It was sent by Nissin SG (thanks again!) as part of their Cup Noodles 52nd Anniversary promo.

A couple years ago, Nissin Foods USA came out with something called Cup Noodles Pumpkin Spice. Honestly, I really enjoyed it and made many different recipes out of it, stretching it to the limit. This time, it’s a breakfast variety. I couldn’t find it, but luckily Stumpy from North Little Rock, AR, James from Lakeside, CA and Nissin Foods sent me cups which I truly appreciate. Here, I will go into meticulous detail about the product, and create five different things with it. With that, here’s The Ramen Rater’s Definitive Guide To Nissin Cup Noodles Breakfast.

I was doing a lot of curies for dinner recently and butter masala was a neat thing I enjoyed for a little while.

There’s a new generative AI feature in Google I’ve been using and it’s not bad but usually kind of annoying. However, I used it this time to ask what mazedaar means – here’s what it said:

Here’s a great one found at Apna Bazar in Bellevue, WA. I wouldn’t have expected an Italian themed one from India – very curious about it because it will be made to be approved for the tastes of people in India. Definitely a different fusion!

Here’s one that came in a Zenpop.jp box – use coupon code THERAMENRATER for a groovy discount!
