Finished (click to enlarge). Added mung bean sprout, crushed red pepper, scallion, egg, beef, and kimchi. Honestly, this was really, really good. The noodle was nicely done to start with. The broth had a very nice army stew bump – the oiliness and flavoring was so good. The included garnish was with meat and tons of egg – all in all I recommend this highly. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
