#4779: Nissin Cup Noodles Mazedaar Masala - India

There’s a new generative AI feature in Google I’ve been using and it’s not bad but usually kind of annoying. However, I used it this time to ask what mazedaar means – here’s what it said:

The word “mazedaar” is a Hindi word that can mean “fun”, “enjoyable”, “entertaining”, or “amusing”.
It can also mean “toothsome” or “zesty”.

Sounds logical – fun masala or zesty masala… Delicious, perhaps. Anyways, I’ve had this many years back and when I saw it with a few other one at the Idian grocery. Let’s get cooking!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, fill to line with boiling water and cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

The noodle block.
Loose bits and seasoning from the cup.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion and crushed red pepper. Noodle wasn’t what I really expected in this one. Vegetables were nice, however not hydrated well at all. The broth was very watery which was a shock; it’s usually something that’s more of a gravy and I wish it had been. Disappointing. 1.75 out of 5.0 stars.  EAN bar code 8901014004737.
