#917: Vina Acecook Good Abalone Chicken Soup Flavour Bean Vermicelli

Here’s another ones of the Good line from Vina Acecook. My sister brought this one back to me from Hawaii! Thanks!

Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge).

Here’s the bean vermicelli block.

Powder seasoning.

A decent amount.

Seasoning oil.

Kind of an onion scent.

This one’s soup paste.

I detect some soy with my nose and maybe some sesame?

The veggies.

A nice herb scent.

Four packets – looks pretty cool!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sweet onions, turkey breast, a little Urashima Sesame & Salt furikake and some Huy Fong Sriracha chili sauce. I used a pair of kitchen scissors and cut the noodles before eating. I know this is done with Korean cold noodle dishes such as naengmyeon, so I figure it’s fine here as well. The noodles are decent – not usually a big fan of bean thread but these are okay with me. The broth was not overly strong but had a nice flavor of chicken and abalone. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars.
