Here’s yet another Menraku variety and it came from James of Lakeside, California – thanks again! I thought this would be a dry variant, but it’s definitely not. I should mention that yes, while this is made in Japan, it’s definitely an export version and that’s why it gets the United States tag at the end. Let’s give it a try!

Found this one right before Lunar New Year. Looked interesting and there were three of them we could get, so we got all three. The last one I tried said it was spicy, but didn’t seem to be so much. Luckily, this time I got some really great advice on what this was and how to cook it from Annie over at Red Chef – thanks you! Let’s give it a try!

Here’s the second variety from Poco Kitchen I’m trying that comes with noodles. I think I’ll probably do their broth as well. Thai peanut saute sounds interesting – let’s give it a go.

Here’s another one James from Lakeside, CA sent – thanks! Curious about this one. I’ve found the Ramen Express packs to be quite good, but generally not a huge fan of the cups. Maybe this one will turn that tide? Let’s find out!

It’s been a while and thought hey – today is Lunar New Year so I’m doing Chinese reviews today. This is a very popular street dish – the noodle is called Liangpi. It’s a cold noodle dish, and really quite tasty – let’s get started!

Found these in Bellevue, Washington at a Walmart during the Great Hunt for Pumpkin Spice Cup Noodles of Fall 2021. Definitiely something interesting to check out. These are in a little pouch – have tried the cup version of this but the pouch sounds interesting – let’s check it out!

Well, I do believe we’ve reached the end of the Biang Biang line with this one. These have been pretty good! Thanks to the Charming Couple folks for sending them my way! Let’s try this soybean paste variety out.

What an interesting thing! You might be surprised to know that while 7 Eleven stores started in the United States, they’re owned and headquartered in Japan now. 7 Select is a range you see over there quite a bit but here it seems to be a new thing. So, a convenient pasta cup. This sounds like fun. It promises to be the finest… Oh man I still feel like crap… I think we all have the ‘rona. This isn’t fun that’s for sure. But hey let’s check this out!

This one came by way of the fine folks at Asha Dry Noodle USA – interesting! When they mentioned it to me, I knew who would be fascinated by this – my daughter. Mimi is into Hello Kitty. Anyways, she’s in the episode of Instant Noodle Recipe Time – so check it out! Let’s give this stuff a try!

Wow – I can’t believe I’m still awake and actually being productive. You see, I did an interview for Arirang Radio in South Korea last night – at 2am and then got up around 5:30am… It’s about 6pm now and I’m sincerely beat. Was worth it though – fun interview! Anyways, Just got done editing images for three reviews and now readying posts. Tomorrow is Friday and seems like I ought to do some reviews, so I think I will. I get ’em ready to go the night before, you see. Well, let’s give this one a try!

This is an interesting one. It appears this is a variety made just for the United States by Taiwanese company A-Sha, however it is produced in Vietnam. What’s more interesting is that it’s a Hello Kitty licensed product and it’s spicy – better do a mukbang! How spicy could it be with the cutesy factor? We’ll find out.

This one comes by way of my good friend (who actually was Knighted) from the UK I met via the Ramen Junkies group a little while ago. Thank you, bro! I’m a huge fan of British varieties and especially interesting ones from Pot Noodle. Let’s see if this one is as bland as he says it is. Sadly, I have no tinned pangolin to add to this one, Sir JB will be happy to see the absence of corn.

I got two of these in quick succession – the first from James in Lakside, CA and the other from a subscription box out of California as well from Exotic Noods. If you want to get one of their boxes, head over and use the coupon code THERAMENRATER and get a nice discount – thank to you both for sending these!

This is something new – an upgraded version of Maruchan’s popular Instant Lunch. I’ve tried the non Hot & Spicy in the past and been meaning to try this one. Let’s give it a go!

This came out of an Exotic Noods subscription box – one of many interesting and unique varieties from around the world they put in there. Use the coupon code THERAMENRATER at checkout for a discount!

Okay so bear with me because I’m very clueless about crypto currency. I looked up HODL and it stands for Hold On for Dear Life – basically, hold onto your crypto to make money. It also says Stonkz on the side –

Well this was a nice surprise – British noodles at a local store? Unteresting the new things I’m starting to see around here. I rarely get UK varieties – I enjoy reviewing them a lot, too. Let’s check this one out and see what’s up.

Pumpkin seed noodles – it just fascinated me, especially since I’ve been doing weird things with bread. Now I want a noodle machine to load with all sorts of interesting things… Very curious how this oe will turn out. Last time, they were on the extremely chewy side and so we will see. Let’s give these low carb noodles a try!

For the longest time, I only thought there was a single variety of Nongshim’s Tonkotsu bowl – the spicy one. Lo and behold, there’s this one with black garlic oil as well. What’s more, I think both exist concurrently. The spicy one has a five star rating from me and is at the top of the USA top ten. Let’s check this new one out!

This is the last of the prototypes Vite sent me. These have been really good! Curious if I’ll like this one too. What a week – I’ve been deep diving into pumpkin spice noodles for the past 4 days and while I thoroughly enjoyed them, this will be a welcome change. Let’s give this a try!

Was digging around in my hampers and found I hadn’t reviewed this extra spicy variety and thought to myself ‘it’s time.’ So, since I thought that, it must be. Let’s give it a try.

Here’s the second of the Artisan branded varieties I’ve come across recently. Neat flower pot style big cups with a ton of sachets within. I think I found this at Asian Family Market on 130th Aurora in Shoreline. Let’s check it out.

It’s been literally years since I tried this one since it’s packaging has changed. I was looking around the local store when that hit me. So, here we are. Green beans, carrots and bok choy? Interesting – let’s check it out, shall we?

Thanks as always to James from Lakeside, CA for sending this over! I like this brand – wonder who Mr. HOO is though. Whomever he is, he must have a moustache. Let’s give it a try!

Found these at Asian Family Market on 130th & Aurora. Don’t really know anything about these. What I can say is that they also have a crawfish flavor variety. There are so many Chinese brands that show up these days with a single variety and very little info. I should say though lots of English on this one which makes translation painless and cooking instructions are included in that. Let’s give ’em a go!
