Here’s what they had to say – ‘This bowl of noodles only requires 2 minutes of your attention. Yes, you read that right: 2 minutes only. Garlic butter style (ガーリックバター⾵)
yakisoba (焼そば) might become your go to quick meal when looking for strong flavors. Served with beef ribs and some juicy pork seasoned meat soboro, the aromas are just begging you to dig into your bowl. Sapporo Ichiban is one of the most popular makers of yakisoba, and they are innovating their cups every season. This time the seasoning is kept simple, and the dish is sprinkled with fresh salt to leave the meat and garlic flavors the main role!’

I’m going to keep an open mind. I am. Pray for me. I’m going in.

A liquid base sachet.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added soft egg, sesame seed, mung bean sprouts, narutomaki, and spring onion. The noodle came out very well – soft noodle and plentiful. The flavor wasn’t something I expected to be very good, but honestly, it works. It tastes like garlic butter, but it’s not too insane. Honestly, I truly expected to abhor this – but it’s not bad. 3.25 out of 5.0 stars.  JAN bar code 4901734045502.
