A co-worker named Joan at my wife’s work recently went to Hawaii and went out of her way to find something I hadn’t tried yet! She looked through the Big List and lo and behold, I hadn’t tried this chow mein! Thank you very much! These are fresh noodles, usually found in the cold section. They’re also a broth free variety. This is a great little collection of South Korean varieties you can’t easily find here! Ottogi Cheese Ramyun and Spaghetti bowls – been wanting to try them for a while! The two above are Paldo Korea varieties – I think Rabokki and Jjajang. The Nongshim Shin Cup in the lower right is the South Korean version. Thank, Kristen! Welcome to Show Your Noodles #21: The Momofuku Ando Day Edition! It’s been a couple of months since I’ve done a Show Your Noodles, mainly because I haven’t received any submissions. Well, recently people have been sending in quite a few and I thought today would be a good day to try it again.
