Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, sesame seed, scallion, and chicken sauteed with cumin and garlic salt. Noodle is thick and chewy – it’s ramyun. The flavor is this spicy forward sauce that is kind of like a take on barbecuew sauce of South Korea. Is it good? Yes and no. It has a little sweetness, but that is quickly taken aback by a lot of bitterness. A lot of people love this, but instead of noodles I’d rather have it on chicken myself. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars.
