Found this one at Boo Han Market in Edmonds, Washington. This is very interesting as it isn’t a standard export for the US market – in fact, what’s interesting here is that while there’s English on the package, it’s prefixed with GB – Great Britain. This is an export version for Europe – so they slap a distro sticker with req’s for US sale and all done. I haven’t come across something like this before I don’t think. Interesting – Let’s give it a try.

Bibigo Korean Style Udon Noodle K-BBQ Flavour – South Korea

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodle and 3 tbsp (45ml) water to bowl. Microwave 2 minutes at 700W. Add everything in. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fishcake, scallion, sesame seed, and sauteed chicken. Udon’s great – pretty standard. Sauce is really quite nice – kind of a sweet bulgogi kind of thing.
