Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). To prepare, boil noodles for 1m15s to 1m30s. Drain. Add sachet into 1 1/4 cups boiling water and combine. Finally, add noodle to bowl and broth to bowl and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Kari Kari chili crisp, narutomaki, pork, egg, sesame seed, mung bean sprout, and spring onion. Noodle is sturday and means it – what I’m saying here is that it’s really quite good. The broth is a deep, rich miso which has a central red miso basis and flavors that support it nicely.
