Oh man this is the last one I’ve got that HongKong Foodies.com sent! These have been so great and I HIGHLY recommend you check them out if you want to find some Demae Iccho varieties that aren’t easily come by. This one should be spicy! Time to boil!
Nissin Demae Iccho 100% Hokkaido Wheat Flour Mala Pot Flavor Instant Ramen – Hong Kong
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 450ml water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, pepper thread, sesame seed, scallion, narurtomaki, and egg. Noodle has a little something extra to the mouthfeel which all of these Hokkaido wheat variants have had which I find very satisfying. The broth was truly wonderful – it’s rich and has a strong oiliness. The flavor bounces all over from Sichuan peppercorn to regular pepper, and a savory bump from other herbs.
