Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, sesame seeds, chashu, spring onion, and crushed red pepper. These came out great! Noodles are thin and have a nice chew to them. The balance of ginger and sesame leans towards the ginger and I like that. Aromatic and tasty. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4713809934402.
