Of all the Red Chef varieties, this one I understand the least. I like to revisit it again once in a while as it’s something I just don’t quite understand. That’s most certainly not the product’s fault . So that being said, I walk towards it again in hopes a new sampling will bring me closer to understanding it. Let’s give it a try!

Haven’t has this in a while, and since they often change recipes and tweak them to bring customers better experiences with their products, I figure they’re due for another try. This one’s been on my top ten global list for a few years now. I also like to make sure these varieties should still hold their spots. My guess is this is still going to be good. Let’s give it a try!
First and foremost, thanks to Pher Engi for sending this over! Soto segeer means ‘fresh soto.’ I did a little research and found that Jiwa Pagi means ‘morning soul.’ These noodles contain carrot and green beans – also no MSG here. These are healthy variety. Sounds interesting – this also the same company (Kobe) that makes the BonCabe instant noodles and seasonings. Oh, you might not know what soto is to begin with – Wikipedia, if you please…

You may have heard of budae jjigae, which features assorted meats. This is a kimchi jjigae, which has kimchi at the forefront. Of the extra spicy varieties of this range, this is the only soupy variety, also the only one not having chicken at the forefront. Well, I do have some chicken, so it will make an appearance in here. Let’s cook it up!
A couple days ago, I was speaking to my son Andy about cooking and brought up bread machines and the joys of making bread; how crafting a loaf of bread using basic ingredients is a lot of fun. Another one that came by way of Pher Engi – thanks again! Kaldu ayam just translates to chicken broth, so I’m guessing this will basically will be your standard chicken flavor variety from Indomie – not onion chicken, special chicken, or chicken curry – just chicken. Let’s give it a go!

Vite Ramen does both of these things and more – tons of vitamins as well as protein and fiber – like Soylent is to a complete nutrition beverage but in ramen form and quite honestly tastes a lot better. Check ’em out!
Well, hmm. I’ve been waiting to do this one. I did the cheese version pack and that was pretty rough. This I’m going to guess will be about the same. Black noodles, lots of heat. You can watch me scarf it down at the bottom of the page. Alright, let’s do this.

Another one that came by way of Pher Engi – thanks again! This one came out with a big promotion a few years back. What’s funny too is that I had this ten years ago. How do I know? Look at the pack here! So, what’s cabe ijo? Translates to green chili – and what’s neat it that the noodle ends up greenish from the sauce. Let’s give it a go!

Again, thanks to Pher Engi for sending this, among many other neat Indonesian varieties. This is a newer variety – and I’m sure you’re wondering what ayam geprek is – I certainly was. From the looks of things, ayam (chicken) and geprek (crushed) is basically breaded and fried chicken. Kind of like chicken strips. I found a recipe for it, but it’s looking like it might just be easier to buy a chicken strip from the local deli counter already prepared. Kind of a busy day so that might be the route I take but I’m unsure. Let’s give this a try.

Well, I have just been informed that this cup is pink and I’ve always thought it was orange. I figure I can get at least another ready set go from the kids as they’re home for mid-winter break this week. It’s been pretty insane around here. I’m ready for my mouth to catch on fire again this week, so let’s have at it. Here we go! Mukbang at the bottom.

Alright – from the start here I’ll say it – I’m not a big mushroom fan. Recently, I reviewed one of these Daebak varieties that was seaweed flavor. I’m not particularly fond of seaweed either, but I really liked that one. Let’s see how this goes.

New packaging – with the little spokescharacter Rangyi, this one is a little different than the previous versions. This one you can put as little or as much ghost pepper oil in it. I’m going to put it all in of course. It looks like it’s the same size oil sachet as the previously reviewed pack version, so this should get a good burn going – mukbang below. Let’s begin.
Well, shoot. We come to the end of the BIG Cup Noodles from Singapore with this one, which saddens me. They were a lot of fun, but I wager they may have saved the best for last. They mentioned this one is very popular. I love tom yam – nice and spicy, seafoody, and full of lemongrass flavor. Let’s give it a try!
This is one that was sent to me by Daniel over at Exotic Noods – thanks! I really like this one and I haven’t tried it yet. Why? I’ve never had anything by this brand. It’s made in Taichung – a place I visited in 2016 – and I visited a slew of noodle factories there. Let’s check it out!
It’s been a while since I sampled this since the last time, so I figured it was a great time to give it another try. This is one of my absolutely favorite varieties around. Two different types of noodles and a very strong prawn broth. Oh yeah and crispy onions! Let’s delve!
What we have here is a super premium box. It’s pretty special and we don’t really see this much in the United States, if at all. The product comes with the soup ready to go – it’s a huge retort pouch. Then, the noodle is a dry noodle in a bag. That’s it – and the varieties like this I’ve reviewed in the past have been really quite amazing. This one sounds really quite good so let’s go ahead and give it a try!
If you like walking around and eating things, instant noodle cups may be the way to go for your. Personally, I enjoy sitting in front of a bowl, but we don’t always have that convenience, so people opt for the convenience of something more portable, and here we are. These are my favorite cups that I’ve reviewed out of the reviews up to #4440. I’m always on the lookout for new varieties from everywhere in the world – whether they be cups, bowls, packs – any noodles I’ve not reviewed I’m very interested in sampling them. Well, here’s the last of the Ramen Talk varieties I’ve gotten – they said they’d send more, which would be great! All have been quite exceptional. This one’s a tomato tonkotsu – I’m very curious – let’s give it a go!
