I’m guessing this is onion oil.

A dark liquid sachet.

Looks like a sachet of flake.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chicken, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle is thin and quite soft; on the verge of mushy, but pretty good. Onion flavor is there, however could use a little more saltiness; something missing. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6926410321662.

Amazon – A nice broad noodle
