I tried this right when it came out – it used to have different packaging to a slight degree – the logo as well has changed, and since my son wants to try every Buldak out there, here we are. Let’s check it out!
Samyang Buldak Quattro Cheese Spicy Ramen – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, cook noodles for 5 1/2 minutes. Drain, saving 5 spoons (90ml) water. Add back in and sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added pepper thread, chicken sauteed in Buldak Carbonara sauce, scallion, and egg. Noodle is thick with a nice chew – very nice! The four cheese flavor leaves much to be desired; it starts as a sweet and cheese flavor and then a dump of bitterness which is out of place. The heat level is decent but not the top end of the Buldak range, nor should it be. Interesting, but really misses the mark, sadly. 2,5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801073143463.
