Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything in and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 5~10 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge).  Added chashu, mung bean sprout, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle hydrated well – split the difference at about 7 minutes for steeping – worked well enough. Broth was oily as expected with a good balance of tart black vinegar and Sichuan pepper heat. Peanut and tofu skin worked well – nice one. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6972202000178.
