
I’ve had a couple from this range from Mom’s Dry Noodle in the past – they’ve been pretty good. Sesame oil and ginger sounds very tasty, and these are Vegan friendly. Let’s check this one out!
Mom’s Dry Noodle Veggie Sesame Oil With Ginger – Taiwan

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Says it is Vegan friendly but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 3~4 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added carrot, scallion, sesame seed. Noodle came out very well – thin yet chewy. The flavor is very much sesame oil and ginger as advertised. The inclusion of mushrooms in there was very apt and worked very well; large pieces of differing types. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4717011158892.
