When I saw these on IG, I figured I should reach out to Myojo USA – and they sent some! Really curious about a habanero yakisoba sauce with a sweet element. Let’s check it out!
Myojo Yakisoba Japanese Style Stir Fry Noodles Sweet & Spicy Habanero Sauce – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Mentions it is Vegetarian-friendly but check for yourself. To prepare, stir fry meat and vegetables in 2 tbsp oil. Add in noodles and 4 tbsp water and stir fry until noodles loosen. Take off heat and add in sauce. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added carrot, mung bean sprouts, spring onion, chashu, mayonnaise, and sesame seed. Noodle has a nice thick gauge with a satisfying tooth. The flavor of the sweet habanero sauce is interesting; I’m getting the spiciness for sure, but also a standard yakisoba taste and also maybe a mango flavor as well. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
