Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil 4 cups water in a pot and 1 1/4 cups water in a different pot. Cook noodles for 2-2 1/4 minutes. During this, add one sachet of soup base to the 1 1/4 cups water, combine, and add to a serving bowl. Drain noodles, and add to bowl and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added kamaboko, egg, corn, spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and fried onion. The noodle in this one was thicker than the last and much chewier. The broth had a good flavor – red miso was definitely there. Noodle and broth worked together well – broth was good and strong. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.   UPC bar code 011152174761.
