Sapporo Ichiban Spicy Miso Ramen – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains beef, chicken, and pork. To prepare, add noodle to 500ml boiling water and cook 5 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added shichimi, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodles have an oomphy chew – thickness a little above standard instants. The broth is very interesting – great oiliness, a combo of red and other miso – it imparts that red earthiness, but mingles with other styles and the spiciness to make it really quite good.
