While I tried this in May of 2022, I heard through the grapevine that there may be some changes to this one so I thought hey – I like beef noodle – can’t hurt to give it another try. Nothing better than Taiwanese beef noodle, that’s for sure. Let’s check out this premium boxed variety.
Kung Fu Noodles Premium Braised Beef Noodle Soup – Taiwan
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains beef. To prepare, boil noodles 5~6 minutes. Drain. Boil large retort pouch for 2 minutes. Add noodles and pouch contents to a bowl. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. Noodle is great – narrow and a nice chew. The broth has a nice rich beef flavor.
