Here’s something I’m trying for the first time; goose oil. Never heard of it before now, but I’m guessing it’s something good where these noodles are concerned. Kung Fu, do you thing!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles for 6 minutes. Drain. add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

The noodle block – broad dry noodle.

My thought is that this is the goose oil.

Soy sauce perhaps.

Spicy oil.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Chinese sausage, marinated egg, spring onion, sesame seed, and pepper flake. Noodles are just excellent – wide and chewy. The flavor is a spicy and soy one two punch and the goose oil delivers an extra richness I thoroughly enjoyed. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.  EAN bar code 4711106930028.
