Was going through the box of remaining Sau Tao varieties and found this one last night. The others (shallot and chili) were both really great so curious that original means – maybe soy sauce? Let’s find out!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish and shrimp. To prepare, boil one bundle noodles in 500ml water for 4 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents and 60ml water. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added beef sauteed with sweet chili sauce, spring onion, sesame seed, and chili flake. Noodles came out really well – great tooth with a easy chew and crumble which imparts quality. The flavor bounced all over from peanutty to soy sauce.
