Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, shrimp, fish ball, carved squid, flower fu, chili flake, spring onion, Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and sesame seed. Noodles are a delight – lots of them and just an exquisite mouthfeel. The broth has a seafood flavor with a nice little spicy kick to it.
