When we get boneless skinless chicken, the pieces are massive. So, I usually roll up my sleeves (I hate that term) and get all meat-mucky, cutting and bagging then tossing in the freezer. I do a lot of small pieces for reviews, but some not. Yesterday’s review employed a larger than necessary piece, so I have leftovers. I figured I’d better find a chicken variety and here’s the one I picked. Sounded nice – here we go!
Tapatio Ramen Noodle Soup Chicken Flavored Ramen – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle and sachet contents in 530ml water for 4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chicken, scallion, and sesame seed. The noodle is sturdy with a nice chew. The broth a nice spicy and savory cumin bumped flavor. Does it taste like chicken? Not especially, yet it is a flavor that logically lends itself to chicken. Good stuff. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 780707105801.
