The noodle block.

A large sachet of liquid seasoning base.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, scallion, and chilli crisp. Noodle is just wonderful – very broad of great chew I’ve come to expect in this style of Taiwanese dry noodle. The flavor is a sweet and spicy Sichuan peppercorn and chili pepper hit. It’s interesting – a little on the saltier side. I think it could stand on its own two legs without so much salt. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4711048090217.
Amazon – gettin one of these for walking during the summer
