I’m a little confused by this one as I’ve heard there’s no variety simply called Taiwan ramen in Taiwan, but let’s give it a go!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains chicken and pork. To prepare, add 360ml boiling water and add in clear sachet contents. Cover for 4 minutes. Add liquid base sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, shichimi, mung bean sprout, sesame seed, and spring onion. Noodle was pretty good stuff. The broth was very beef forward with a nice bit of oiliness, and the beef bits worked rather well, although on the dry side.
