An interesting style of noodle – I’ve seen these only originating in South Korea.
The soup base sachet.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added shrimp, shichimi, mung bean sprout, spring onion, and sesame seed. Noodles are thin and very light. Broth has a nice salty seafood taste with a hint of spiciness. A very nice bowl – only complaint is a few of the noodles stayed clumpy and didn’t hydrate properly. That being said, it was excellent. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8801052037066.
