Oh man I thought this was a new one! I reviewed this at #93! Here’s something from the Philippines! Been awhile since a review from there. Pancit Canton reminds me a lot of Indonesia’s Mi Goreng; the noodles are drained and then stirred with the dry and wet ingredients and served. Let’s try this one out!
I was digging in the bottom of the noodle hamper and pulled this one out – pretty old and needs ingested ASAP! It’s one my sister picked up for me in Canada last year. Very small pack too! Let’s give it a try.
Beef? Na – beef! I remember a while back I had Chicken na Chicken too – startlingly, it was chicken flavored. Beef sounds nice. Let’s give ‘er a shot…
Pancit Canton! Ahhh this stuff is so good! It’s a lot like Mi Goreng but a little sweeter. Anyways, Let’s give their extra hot chili flavor a try!
Hey! Haven’t tried this yet! Pancit Canton is a lot like Indomie’s Mi Goreng – that’s one of my favorites!
I had another one of these that had ginger flavor with it – was pretty good! I think I got this one at the Seafood City in Tukwila on my birthday during the big noodle re-up of 2011.
So This one got reviewed at the studios of KIRO 97.3 FM yesterday – here’s a video of me making and trying it.

So here’s some Quickchow from the Philippines. Mami just means noodle soup as far as I know. I like the little ‘Buy Pinoy’ logo on the lower right!

Wow! I have a feeling this tastes somewhat like… chicken! Chicken na Chicken Chicken flavor! Here we go!
So I have found that I really like this pancit canton – the Payless Xtra Big chilimansi and regular are awesome – so let’s see if the lime one is rockin’!
So I’ve been waiting for a good time to try this stuff and today seemed the right time. My 5 year old stuck his headf in the ramen box and picked it out for me. I have so many and its so hard to pick that I often ask family to pick the one I’m going to have – and usually after they pick once or twice I agree to the one the pick the third time.
The last of the Lucky Me!’s I have in my noodle box. Bone marrow? Bring it with the beefiness!
So some new Lucky Me! stuff here… More beef! Bring on the beef!

So I’ve reviewed another Supreme with the free crackers before. This time it’s special beef flavor! The tops are all the same on this line it appears…
So here’s the third Sotanghon flavored instant noodles I’ve tried – the others weren’t really my thing. Hopefully I like this one a bit!

So here’s a little pack of noodles I picked up at H Mart by Lucky Me! brand. Good ole chicken flavor.
So here’s something new. I’ve been avoiding it a bit as I wasn’t sure if I really would like it. But I remembered I’m the ramenrater, fearing no ramen and all that crap so here it is. The big one. My review’s preview is simple (think of this said with an extremely strong hwhuh sound on each word) Hwow – this stuff hwas hwonderful and I hwould eat is daily.
Lucky Me: Pancit Canton Chili Mansi Flavor

Notes: This is like the Kalamansi [Lime] flavor, but with a little kick. Perfect noodle to
go with gin and tonics. Get it here.
Lucky Me: Pancit Canton Citrus Flavor

Notes: This was something new for sure – citrus ramen? Well, it didn’t taste all that
extremely fruity. I ate it without any adulterants [veggies, chicken, eggs etc]
and found it to be quite good – was like the way lemon juice highlights a good
salmon dish. Was definitely lime juice doing all the marketing here.
Lucky Me: Pancit Canton Hot Chili Flavor

Notes: I was quite ill with horrible seasonal allergies when I tried this flavor, but
it was about perfect. What I found odd was that since ramen packs that
say hot chili usually live up to the name – not this one – not hot at all. I
suppose it could be due to the fact that I was sick and couldn’t taste much…

Notes: This is some really decent stuff. A very tasty chicken broth and very curious noodles round out this small bag. It seems this may be a children’s style of ramen also. I wonder what Itnok means – could it be the sound of the chicken emoting sheer joy being told it will be ground into a flavorful spice sack and packaged with a smiling likeness of itself? I’m hoping so, as if it were an unhappy chicken, Bock Bagok would be the name,
Quickchow: Pancit Palabok

Notes: This is an odd one. I have tried quite a few Filipino ramens, but I would have
to say Quickchow is probably the best. This is a rather dry rice noodle ramen. The flavor
is interesting. Only way I know how to describe it.
