So here’s a little pack of noodles I picked up at H Mart by Lucky Me! brand. Good ole chicken flavor.
The packet is almost menacing; I more expected a picture of the chicken that is on the package to be on it rather than a green stripe of discipline.
A lot of tan/yellow powder.
Here’s the finished product (click imago to enlarge). The noodles have a nice chewiness to them as far as instant noodles go. The broth has a nice taste too – more like it has actually got a decent amount of chicken in it. What I found interesting was the amount of water to the size of the brick of noodles. The brick is much smaller than most and the directions call for 2 cups. Well, it does work although the broth is way too salty but the noodles are good. I am going to be so bold as to give this one a 1.5 out of 5.0 stars. Another packet with vegetables would’ve been nice. Get it here.
