Didn’t think I’d see one of these again unless it arrived from overseas – but I found this in a local Asian market which made me very happy. This contains a stewed egg which I’ve never seen in anything I’ve found in the United States. Egg! Golden broth! Two types of noodle! Wow. Let’s give this a look!

A distributor / import sticker (click to enlarge).

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in everything and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 4~6 Minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Detail of the lid (click to enlarge).

An instant noodle block.

A pack of vermicelli.

A sachet of liquid soup base.

A sachet of vegetable and tofu skin – probably my favorite sachet design of all time.

A sachet of oil.

A marinated stewed egg!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, chili crisp, and sesame seed. Noodle came out great as well as vermicelli, however the vermicelli indeed tried to get stuck in my throat more than once. The broth has a very nice tangy vinegar hit and lot of savory elements. The included tofu skin was very nice and the egg was good too. A well rounded bowl. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
