Think I found this at Asian Family Market on 130th & Aururoa. Anyways, it’s all in Korean with a nondescript info sticker. A little image translate and bar code lookup helped with this one. Last one of the week.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, sesame seed, and pepper thread. The noodle is very light – easy on the chew, that’s for sure. The broth is a very tame and tasty one – salty for sure. The kimchi aspect is very good – noting the anchovy in there as well. Truly a very good kimchi noodle. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
