Found this at the new Y&Y Supermarket in Lynnwood, Washington. Was the only thing I got but there were quite a few other things I wish I had. It’s a big bucket maybe 15 orso inches tall, containing a lot of different varieties. $13 was indeed a good deal for such a large thing. CNY promos are where it’s at! Let’s try this one out.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in noodle and boiling water and cover for 5 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, chili crisp, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle has a light chew fitting for this style noodle. The flavor has slight notes of Sichuan peppercorn and a savory hit as well. Heat is there just not overwhelming. This is really great and hopefully indicative of the bulk of the varieties in this set. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6958770005456.
