So I was thinking have I had this one before? Getting a variety 2x really isn’t something I like to do, but it does happen. Well, the name is the same as others but thiis is different. Let’s delve into this thing.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, steep noodle in boiling water for 3~5 minutes. Drain. add sachets and noodle to 350ml boiled water. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, egg, and sesame seed. Noodle is thin with a bit of chew. Mouthfeel is very good. The broth is oily, flavorful, and full. It’s not a Sichuan pepper oil fest; not overwhelming. It’s really good – and thick and wonderful – and veg was on point to the nth degree. I really enjoyed this one. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
