Here’s the counterpart to the original version I cooked up yesterday. Curious about this one as I rreally like the Choi regular chicken. Let’s give it a try!
Choi Sriracha Ramen Noodle Soup Chicken – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, Barnacle Foods Kelp Chili Crisp, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle is quite good – chewy. The broth is mostly a duplicate of the original flavor version with notes of chicken flavoring, and that being said it’s not so different it would be detectable without reading that fact on the packaging. Really wish the chicken element was more akin to the Choi chicken. 3.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 780707102800.
