So stoked to find these in the US. Way back I found the bowl versions up in Canada under a different name but the same graphics. Usually great stuff – let’s give it a try!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Chinese sausage, narutomaki, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, and scallion. Noodle is round in shape with a standard gauge. The chew was better than many and had a kind of Hokkaido flouriness that surprised me. The broth was an oily pork bone with a good thickness and savory nature. The included vegetables hydrated very well – even the peas. The included TVP pork slice was sweet and tasty – and honestly quite believable. All in all, very impressed. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars.
