Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, crushed red pepper, ground beef, and hot sauce. Noodle is really great in the gauge and chew departments. The broth is mainly a lime and spicy flavor with other aspects far un the background as the lime overwhelms. That being said, this is quite good, 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 780707105818.
