The first of this three variety range I tried recently was really excellent – nice cheese and spicy broth. This one sounds very interesting – I wager it’ll either be awesome or real weird. Let’s find out!
Otoki Stir-Fry Cheesy Ramen Cheddar & Mascarpone – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add room temp water to line and microwave 4 minutes 30 seconds at 1000W. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added ground beef, sesame seed, egg, scallion, and pepper thread. Noodle is flat and a little wide, about 1.5mm. They cradle the cheesy sauce very well. The sauce is a rich creamy combo of cheddar and a softer cheese hit which is really well done. I’ve had many cheese varieties that just don’t seem like cheese but are labeled as such.
