
Found this over at S*Mart, too. Hot pork bones! Wahoo! I’ve always liked this brand – usually their stuff is pretty decent. I wonder what the versions in China are like… Would like to try them, that’s for sure. Well, let’s try this export version.
Baixiang Hot Pork Bone Flavor Soup Noodles – China

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to 500ml boiling water and cook 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added barbecue pork, mung bean sprout, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, scallion, and narutomaki. Noodle is soft and quite plentiful. Broth is a hint spicy and very strong. Just a wonderful variety and not a surprise. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6935270648321.
