This sounds kind of interesting. While not a huge fan of udon cups, it’s worth a shot.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, kamaboko, Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp, sesame seed, mung bean sprouts, and spring onion. Udon is that standard thickness of a hydrating kind of udon, however it just doesn’t work as well as the pouch stuff. The broth is full of mackerel flavor… All in all just not floating my proverbial boat. 1.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901071400828.
